Discover the Freedom in Healthy Relationships
by Vyara Bridgeman http://www.bodytalk4life.com
Christmas is about family. Getting together with family can be good news for some and not such a good thing for others. Your own family can sometimes be a pain, and in-laws can be even more painful. You may not like your son's fiancé or your daughter's boyfriend, and now you have to sit through Christmas and endure them. Or you may be thrilled about these very people but they are deserting you on Christmas and spending time with others instead. Or you may be looking forward to your favourite people coming over, yet you fear the inevitable arguments that come after a few days of being in each other's space. Whatever the case, Christmas puts a lot of our relationships on trial, that's for sure.
Don't despair though! There is always a way out, no matter how tragic the circumstances look. Here is a recipe for healing any relationship you want, any time:

The link above will take you to a short video which will then lead you to three other short videos. When I watched them, I had so many a-ha moments that I immediately felt the urge to share this wisdom with everybody I knew!
If you have any challenging relationship in your life and you are not quite sure what to do about it, these videos will give you an innovative perspective that may be just the solution you are looking for. You will learn about the difference between treating the symptom of a challenged relationship versus eradicating the root cause for it. This approach applies to ANY relationship in your life and you can of course apply it any time, not only around Christmas.
The videos are very engaging and extremely insightful. Be sure to watch the power point presentation that goes with one of the videos - it is short and fun to watch, and if you get nothing else but the conclusions at the end of this presentation, you will still feel like you hit the jackpot!
Enjoy the videos and have fun during the Holidays!
