I am going to be quite bold and write a diary about my current project which is to release the excess 10kgs of fat around my middle.
I didn’t have any problems with weight as a child/teenager. I was termed ‘skinny’. I have always had a healthy diet and exercised. I lived in the UK for 16 years and did heaps of cycling and walking while I lived there.
My son was born in 1989 and my weight dropped off easily after giving birth. But the same thing didn’t happen after my daughter was born. I was kept busy looking after two children, a house and a husband so my needs were at the bottom of the pile. I still ate healthy food but I just didn’t have the time to exercise. So the excess weight clung on.
As the children got older I did get out and join Weight Watchers. And yes, I did release weight. And then I put it back on again.
Some years later I joined SureSlim. Again, I released weight. And then I put it back on again. Anyone else familiar with this kind of story?
This time has got be different…
I have consulted with David Holden, Naturopath. And he has put me on a program that has been a success for his clients.
This is how I looked in June 2011 (while I was fishing in Australia).
