Antioxidants contribute to longevity

I have been taking antioxidant nutirtional  supplements for over 10 years now. 

Combined with a healthy diet, exercise, good sleep and keeping stress levels low, it all contributes to healthy aging.

I know that I am in better health than what my parents were at the same age.
