Chocolate, coffee, red wine no help to heart

Helen says: You would have to eat a massive amount of chocolate and drink a massive amount of coffee and red wine to get any benefits of the antioxidants they contain, while at the same time that would cause other health issues! 

However, I do beleive that the Heart Foundation is burying its head in the sand about the value of taking anti-oxidant supplements to prevent heart disease.

My mother was on blood pressure medication for many years before she died of a massive heart attack.

Meanwhile I take optimal levels of antioxidant supplements, eat a healthy diet, visit my dentist to ensure that I have good oral health, exercise and enjoy red wine, coffee and chocolate in moderation.
